7408 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the rules and conditions governing all users' use of the 7408 platform in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 7408 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 7408 ("Platform", "we", "us"). Your continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms will be deemed as acceptance of the updated Terms.
The 7408 platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. 7408 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an account while verification is carried out.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 7408 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Any false or misleading information discovered may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any unclaimed balances or winnings.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password secure. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 7408 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our customer support team immediately. You remain responsible for all activity that occurs in your account until we receive official notification from you.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
Users of the 7408 platform are prohibited from doing the following:
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or prohibited activity.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the security or functionality of the platform.
- Abusing the bonus or promotion system through multiple registrations or other fraudulent methods.
- Transferring or selling your account to a third party.
3. Payments, Transactions & Currency
All financial transactions on the 7408 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all funds used are lawfully obtained and not derived from any illegal source.
All deposits are processed exclusively through supported payment methods. 7408 accepts no responsibility for any deposits submitted via unauthorised channels.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
7408 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. This process may require you to submit valid supporting documents.
Processing times for deposits and withdrawals vary depending on your chosen payment method. Any delays caused by third-party financial institutions are beyond 7408's control.
4. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Suspension
Limitation of Platform Liability
7408 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or service disruptions caused by technical factors or circumstances beyond our control.
The 7408 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We make every effort to keep the platform running without interruption, but cannot guarantee it will be completely free from technical errors or downtime.
Account Suspension & Closure
7408 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- The user has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Registration information found to be false or misleading.
- User found to be below the minimum required age.
- Upon request by the relevant authorities.
5. Intellectual Property & Platform Content
All content on the 7408 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of 7408 or its content providers and is protected under Malaysian and international copyright law.
Restricted Use
Users may not copy, redistribute, sell, republish, or modify any content from the 7408 platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links
The 7408 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Contact Us
7408 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any amendments.
These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from or related to the use of the 7408 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through mutual negotiation will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
